Please be quiet especially after 10:00 p.m. because the building is located in a quiet residential area.
◆Towels will not be changed during your stay, and beds will not be made. We will provide towels for the number of guests, so please do your own laundry. Please consult with us in case of long-term stay. Please replenish consumables by yourself when you run out.
◆Accommodation Tax (Kyoto City Ordinance)
In accordance with the Kyoto City ordinance, a separate accommodation tax will be collected at the property.
The tax is calculated based on the accommodation fee per person per night.
The applicable tax rate depends on the date of stay .

No one other than the guest is allowed to enter the room. If more than the number of guests are found to be in the room, an additional fee will be charged.
