◆The road in front of the guesthouse is not passable for cars. It is a 30m walk from the road and the nearest pay parking lot where cars can pass.
◆Smoking is not allowed inside the guesthouse. Please smoke in the designated smoking area.
If any odor is found in the room, a cleaning fee will be charged.
◆Not to be used for drinking or party purposes.
Please be quiet especially after 10:00 p.m. because the building is located in a quiet residential area.
◆Towel change and bed making are not included in the cleaning fee. Please consult with us in case of long-term stay. Please replenish consumables by yourself when you run out.

The tax is calculated based on the accommodation fee per person per night.
The applicable tax rate depends on the date of stay .

No one other than the guest is allowed to enter the room. If more than the number of guests are found to be in the room, an additional fee will be charged.
