Opened in December 2020, this new private house is located near Tofukuji Sta.

-5min walk to Tofukuji station, 14 minute walk to Kyoto station. Bus stops, restaurants are nearby.
-The bathroom with separate shower and bathtub.
-The bedroom with 2 double beds.  
For reservations of 3 or more persons, a set of bedding can be provided in the bedroom upon request.
If the room is for 5 persons, 2 persons will share a double bed and 1 person will use a futon.

◆Smoking is not permitted in the listing. Please smoke in the designated smoking area.
If the room odor is caused by smoking, a cleaning fee will be charged.

◆No parties are allowed.
Please be quiet especially after 10:00 p.m. because the building is located in a quiet residential area.

◆Towels will not be changed during your stay, and beds will not be made. We will provide towels for the number of guests, so please do your own laundry. Please consult with us in case of long-term stay. Please replenish consumables by yourself when you run out.

◆In accordance with Kyoto City ordinances, a separate accommodation tax per person per night (less than 20000 yen: 200 yen, more than 20000 yen but less than 50,000 yen: 500 yen, more than 50,000 yen: 1000 yen) will be charged at the facility.

◆Bedding and amenities will be provided according to the number of guests. Please make sure to confirm the reservation details such as dates and number of guests to be sure there is no mistake.
No one other than the guest is allowed to enter the room. If more than the number of guests are found to be in the room, an additional fee will be charged.

◆The front desk is located on the 1st floor. (Please be assured that no staff will enter your room.)
Please understand that our staff may also use the restroom on the first floor.
