The entire building is exclusively reserved for one group, allowing you to enjoy a comfortable and private stay without worrying about other guests.

It is ideal for families, multi-generational trips, and group travelers.

 

With spacious accommodation for up to 10 guests, the property is suitable for family vacations, multi-generational travel, and group trips.

 

The kitchen is equipped with basic cooking utensils and tableware, and a washing machine is also available.

The facilities are convenient not only for short stays, but also for longer stays and guests who wish to experience living like a local in Kyoto.

[Bedding Information]

Bedding will be prepared according to the number of guests so that you can enjoy a comfortable sleep.

 

・For up to 2 guests

→ Two double beds in the 2nd floor Western-style room (Bedroom ①) will be provided.

 

・For 3 or more guests

→One Japanese-style futon set (floor mattress and bedding) will be prepared for each additional guest.

 

Futons will be prepared in the following order.

 

2nd floor Japanese-style room (Bedroom ②)

1st floor Japanese-style room ① (Bedroom ③)

↓

1st floor Japanese-style room ② (Living room)

 

※Each Japanese-style room can accommodate a maximum of 2 futon sets.

※For groups of 9–10 guests, each double bed will be shared by 2 guests.

※Futons in the 1st floor Japanese-style rooms will be provided in a folded state. Guests are requested to set them up themselves when needed.

If you would like all futons to be prepared in advance, or would like a different arrangement, please inform us at the time of booking.

 

※Children under 2 years old are considered to share bedding with accompanying guests. Therefore, bedding and amenities are generally not provided for infants under 2 years old.

Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the property, including indoors, outdoors, the area in front of the property, and the balcony.

Please also note that smoking on streets is prohibited in some areas of Kyoto City.

The property is located in a residential area.

As we operate this property with the understanding and cooperation of local residents, please be considerate of noise.

 

Please be especially considerate of our neighbors after 8:00 PM by keeping conversations and TV volume at a respectful level.

 

When entering or leaving the property during late night and early morning hours, please keep noise to a minimum, including:

[Building Specifications]

For privacy and to respect the surrounding neighborhood, the north-facing windows on each floor (the 1st floor entrance and the 2nd floor Western-style room) are fixed and cannot be opened.

[Cleaning and Linen]

No mid-stay cleaning service is provided in principle, including towel replacement and bed making.

For long-term stays, please contact us in advance.

 

[Number of Guests]
